CANCELLATION POLICY
You can not cancel by text. You must call the Salon to cancel or contact your stylist. If you reach our voicemail, leave us a message about your cancellation or reschedule. No voicemail will be considered as a no contact for cancellation and/or reschedule. No-Show Fees are applied to appointments cancelled on the day of an appointment. Last minute Cancelations (within 24 hours of your appointment), will result in 50% service charge. No-show appointments will result in 100% service charge. Cancelation/ No-show service charges must be paid prior to rebooking. Payment information may be required at the time of scheduling to avoid unpaid fees.
